- You may stop messages by replying with opt-out keywords or contacting support
6. Seller Communications
Sellers may communicate with buyers through Shpper’s tools only for legitimate order-related purposes.
Sellers are prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited marketing messages
- Using buyer contact details outside the Platform
- Harassing or misleading buyers
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Communication Security
We take reasonable measures to:
- Protect communication channels from unauthorized access
- Prevent spam, fraud, and phishing attempts
However, users are responsible for:
- Keeping contact details up to date
- Verifying suspicious messages
- Reporting unauthorized or abusive communications
